DISNEY! {part three}

Just found this post in my drafts...  no idea why I didn't post it, but dreaming of Disney during a Philadelphia winter is a nice waste of time...  BTW, we went in June!

my sweet, beautiful claire...

she had a spa day.   mani/pedi, hair cut and style, deep conditioning, the works!

and she certainly could not wait to get those silly bows out of her hair.

its back....

Nothing says cold & flu season, like the good ol' nebulizer!  sweet Double L did not do so good on his last breathing test and an annoying, chronic cough has been around like his shadow!

With a little help from daddy's iPad and the 'where's my water' game, the good ol' neb isn't so bad!

snowy saturday...

Saturday was snowy and icy!  Double L and his daddy found a new hill to sled down!  Little L, Claire and I stayed warm and cozy inside.   I loved it.

I baked...

The Pioneer Woman's blueberry muffins and the staple on snowy days: chocolate chip cookies!

I wore warm and comfy clothes, never dried my hair and sipped tea to keep warm!  I love my estate sale tea cups, but bub opted for a mug (*dayspring's mr. mug!)

And for dinner, we went Mexican with some beef enchiladas and quesadillas

Feel free to borrow my quickly defrost and soften butter technique!  On the stove while the oven preheats and bakes yummies.   Yes, no microwave in this old house!

the babes...

Siblings -- When I was little, I always wanted a sibling.  I was a true 'lonely only'.   When I was blessed with my adorable baby brother, I was the ripe old age of 21!  Not exactly the playmate I had hoped for, but nonetheless a completeness was felt when he was born.   But the loneliness definitely lit a fire in my heart for a BIG family.  Now with our little family of four +Claire, I feel a sense of completeness.   Not knowing if another one will join us is on my mind on occasion, but most of the time my heart is fully fixed on the siblings I am loving and teaching right now!

when to start potty training...

When oh when to start potty training...  

looking back, maybe waited too long for double L.  He was an exclusive 'number 2' potty-goer from 2 1/2 on...  But pee-pee was a little harder!  

Little L talks about the potty all the time.  She tells me when she is going 'pee-pee' and 'poo'.  

here she is Christmas morning, going pee-pee on the potty with Gigi!
